I Didn’t Mean to Launch This—But the Keywords Weren’t an Accident

The Real Vibes
“Sometimes a mis-click launches your momentum.”
This newsletter started by accident. I posted a Medium article on Vibe Marketing 4 weeks ago. Then, re-purposed it to LinkedIn and unknowingly scheduled it as a newsletter invite, sending it to all 7,350-ish of my connections. By the time I noticed the next day, it was already over 200 subscribers. The last time I checked, it was 371 who had joined. There was no turning back, so I leaned into the moment. Now, here we are on edition #4, learning that momentum often comes from the unexpected. Later that week, I also launched Vibe Marketing Newsletter here on Beehiiv - this time on purpose.(follow me on LinkedIn for more daily Vibe Marketing Juice).

The Vibe Check
“AI won’t make you better. It’ll just expose what you haven’t systemized.”
THE QUESTION: What if your clients adopt AI faster than you simplify?
THE INSIGHT: People are chasing AI agents. But agents are just workflows with a keyboard (and no taste!). I ran a comparison this week to test which tools actually scale clarity, not just tasks.
For the comparison four most popular tools were chosen (no affiliations yet)
Comparison: Zapier vs Make vs n8n vs Gumloop

Automation vs. AI Agent platforms
If you add ChatGPT or any LLM model as a step in workflows in Zapier or Make or Zapier (or use Zapier Agents), then the value becomes very much use case driven (in my opinion).
Summary:
Zapier (Zapier Agents) delivers plug‑and‑play automations with 7,000+ integrations, but gets pricey and logic‑limited (Used it for some time)
Make brings visual workflows at friendly prices with slightly fewer connections (Used it most frequently)
n8n shines as an open‑source, developer‑centric platform for advanced AI logic, with a steeper curve. (Haven't used it besides this comparison testing yet)
Gumloop packs built‑in AI nodes into drag‑and‑drop flows for content/data ops at a premium and earlier in its integration maturity (Played around with a free version)
Myth: “AI will fix your chaos.”
Reality: “If it’s messy on paper, it’ll fail in automation.”
THE MICRO CHALLENGE Pick one weekly task. Map it in plain text. Try it in two tools above. Note which one fits your rhythm, not the trend.
🧭 Vibe Marketing in Motion — Keyword Mining
“If your audience wouldn’t say it, it shouldn’t be in your content.”
Content Engine:
Most specialists use words their peers understand, not the language their clients actually search for. Keyword Mining fixes that. But not with SEO tools.
You mine language from:
Comment sections of your best posts
Client onboarding calls and Teams/Slack/Community messages
LinkedIn posts that made your ICP reply with: “This hit.”
💬 Real keywords = real emotional triggers. Not just queries. They’re the phrases that make people nod silently, then click.
🛠️ Mini Move: Scroll your last few posts (if not posting yet - it's time to consider). Highlight phrases that got replies, saves, or DMs. That’s your keyword bank—not a tool, but a signal.
🔎 Vibe Pulse — Signals From the Field
“Three cues echoing this key-words theme.”
Toddler vs AI — Teaching my toddler her first ABCs "keywords" reminded me that both toddlers and AI agents only learn what you repeat. Emotional recall is the essence of keyword mining.
Accidental Launch — My unscheduled newsletter invitation snagged 371 subscribers, proving momentum favors those who show up authentically.
Expert DMs Win — A few days ago, I added a Top Voice account to connections (an 8-book author and top executive coach) and DM’d him my questions of interest; he replied immediately with actionable insights, and invited me to pre-read his next book launching this summer. Sometimes the right answers are literally a keyword DM away. Pure gratitude.
💬 Prompt: Which phrase are you repeating—unintentionally teaching your audience, or leaving them guessing?

🎯 Vibe Action — The Sharpener
Mine your last 3 high-engagement posts or client calls.
Extract 5 phrases that:
Describe the pain in your audience’s voice
Repeat across different clients or DMs
Sounds like “search terms” but feels like frustration
Turn them into 5 headlines. Use 1 for your next post.
That’s keyword mining the Vibe Marketing way—no tools, just attention.
